Hi there Scott, how wonderful to see your smiling face and what spectacular falls! All sounds like it is going splendidly and I will send on a separate email next pertaining to the educational exchange. We had a nice and snowy Colorado Thanksgiving here in the hills with a chilly walk between the meals, a bit different than that you explained with your chicken. I remember when Aussie friends set out to make us a Thanksgiving dinner with tropical temperatures at the beach and it became prawns on the barbie, no turkeys to be found, which was just fine. So good to experience all the different interpretations of what a country has to offer in the way of gratitude, isn't it? Glad you are making friendships that will last a lifetime, connections to continue long after your years with the Peace Corp are done. take care, love, Holly
